Assessment Methods

Assessments take the form of written examinations held during the examination sessions (Semester 1, Semester 2). Validation of the Master 1 requires independent success in both semesters: compensation between semesters is not permitted. In the event of failure in one of them, resit sessions are organized (from June to July).

The academic year consists of two semesters that are mutually compensatory. Each teaching module is assessed through a written examination focused on practical cases and concrete elements, with a professional-oriented approach. Some modules may include additional oral or written assessments.

Examinations take place during teaching weeks and last between 3 and 5 hours.

In addition, the following elements are taken into account in the grading of the second semester: the writing of a master’s thesis and a work-study report, as well as the completion of a group project. The latter consists, for each group, in designing and implementing a project intended to promote the Master’s program, while developing leadership skills and teamwork within the framework of a defined objective.

Throughout the year, professors and compliance professionals take part in the program in order to share their knowledge and experience in the field of compliance, as applied to the banking, insurance, digital, financial, and economic sectors.

You will find further information on the program and the modalities of the Master’s degree in the attached official brochure.
