PRESENTATION OF THE JCCO MASTER’S PROGRAM IN VIDEO
Created in 2005 by Ms. Chantal Cutajar, the Master’s degree in Compliance Law – Compliance Officer was established to address the growing challenges related to the prevention of fraud, money laundering, and corruption. This initiative aimed to anticipate the needs of companies and institutions by training specialized legal professionals capable of managing these risks. From its launch, the program received recognition from major national authorities such as the Central Service for the Prevention of Corruption, TRACFIN, the Banking Commission, the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, as well as the Financial Markets Authority. These institutions praised an innovative approach that placed training at the heart of prevention strategies.
Over the years, the Master’s program has continuously evolved to remain aligned with new corporate requirements and regulatory developments, both nationally and internationally. More recently, it has expanded through a partnership with the Luxembourg Lifelong Learning Centre (LLLC), offering continuing education programs designed for professionals wishing to specialize in compliance.
The multidisciplinary courses are designed to provide a comprehensive view of compliance. They are taught by speakers from a variety of sectors: public institutions (such as the AFA, the AMF, or TRACFIN), banks, insurance companies, and private firms. Through a teaching approach that combines theory and practical application, students benefit from thorough preparation to meet the complex challenges of compliance.
Thus, the Master’s program aims to train compliance specialists capable of working in diverse organizations: banks, insurance companies, large corporations, or specialized consulting firms.
Recognized for the quality of its teaching, the Master’s degree in Compliance Law – Compliance Officer is now established as a benchmark in the training of compliance experts.
